1. Introduction
Tiobu is a marketplace platform operated by Duckcart Services LLP, designed to connect brands and creators for paid and barter collaborations.
While Tiobu facilitates connections, manages transactions, and provides campaign oversight, it does not create, control, or supervise the actual content creation process.
All users—both brands and creators—are bound by this policy as part of their legal and contractual obligations.
By using the Tiobu platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
2. No Return & Refund Policy
2.1 General Rule
All payments made on Tiobu are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
This applies to all collaborations, services, and content agreements. Once a payment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed under normal circumstances.
2.2 Rationale
Tiobu operates solely as an intermediary, not a producer or editor of content.
Since creative satisfaction and stylistic preferences are subjective, refunds cannot be provided for dissatisfaction or minor delays.
Brands are advised to thoroughly review creator portfolios, ratings, and past work before confirming a collaboration.
2.3 Brand Responsibilities
- Clearly define campaign requirements, timelines, and expectations before initiating collaborations.
- Ensure mutual agreement on deliverables prior to payment.
- Requests for changes or new expectations after work has begun are not valid grounds for a refund.
2.4 Creator Responsibilities
- Accept only those collaborations that can be completed within agreed timelines.
- Deliver all promised content in accordance with the approved campaign brief.
- Failure to deliver without proper communication may lead to account suspension or legal action under Tiobu’s policies.
3. Exception – Non-Delivery by Creator
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only in cases of complete non-delivery of content, and all of the following conditions must be met:
- The creator fails to submit any draft, partial, or final deliverables.
- The brand reports the issue within the collaboration timeframe, providing valid evidence (emails, messages, or screenshots).
- Tiobu’s internal review confirms total non-delivery by the creator.
3.2 Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated only after internal verification.
- Processing may take 60–90 days from the date of confirmation.
- Only the payment for the undelivered collaboration is refundable.
- Platform, service, or third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.
3.3 Important Notes
- Delays, dissatisfaction with content style, or revision requests do not qualify for a refund.
- Tiobu acts as a neutral intermediary and will verify all claims before taking action.
- Brands must maintain proper communication records to support refund claims.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Pre-Creation Cancellations
Collaborations may be cancelled only before the creator starts content production.
All cancellation requests must be submitted via official Tiobu support at contact@tiobu.com.
4.2 Cancellation by Brand
- Brands may request cancellation prior to content creation.
- Payments already made remain non-refundable under the no-return policy.
- Brands should communicate clearly with creators to avoid misunderstandings.
4.3 Cancellation by Creator
- If a creator cancels before starting content, Tiobu will notify the brand and help identify replacement creators.
- Frequent or unjustified cancellations may result in penalties or account suspension.
4.4 Post-Creation Cancellations
Once content creation has begun, no cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
Disputes or dissatisfaction should be addressed directly between brand and creator, with Tiobu available for mediation support.
5. Compliance & Binding Terms
All users of Tiobu agree to comply with this policy, along with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Non-compliance may result in:
- Suspension or termination of accounts
- Restriction of platform access
- Legal action for breach of contract
Users should maintain proper documentation of all campaign details and communication to support potential dispute resolutions.
Note: Tiobu is not responsible for content quality, creative direction, or minor delivery delays. Only cases of complete non-delivery qualify for refund review.
6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- All disputes must be reported through Tiobu’s official support channel: contact@tiobu.com.
- Tiobu will first attempt mediation between the involved parties.
- If unresolved, all legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bhagalpur, Bihar, India.
By using Tiobu, both brands and creators expressly agree to this jurisdiction.
7. Amendments & Updates
Tiobu reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
8. Key Guidelines for Brands & Creators
- Refunds apply only when no deliverable is submitted.
- Dissatisfaction with creative style, minor delays, or revisions does not qualify for refunds.
- Maintain written communication and agreements within the platform for transparency.
- Tiobu’s role is strictly as a facilitator and mediator, not a content producer.
9. Barter Collaborations
In barter-based collaborations, brands provide products, services, or other non-monetary benefits in exchange for creator content.
9.1 No Refund for Barter Transactions
- Once a product/service is delivered to the creator, it cannot be returned or refunded via Tiobu.
- Creators acknowledge that barter items are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing before collaboration.
- Brands cannot claim reimbursement or compensation from Tiobu.
9.2 Content Delivery Obligation
- Creators must deliver the agreed content as compensation for the received product/service.
- Failure to deliver content after receiving barter items may lead to penalties or account suspension.
9.3 Cancellation Terms
- Before product dispatch: Either party may cancel the collaboration without exchange.
- After dispatch: If the creator fails to deliver content, Tiobu may mediate. The brand may request a product return or equivalent compensation, though refunds are not guaranteed.
9.4 Exceptions
- Disputes must be submitted through official support at contact@tiobu.com.
- Dissatisfaction with content style, tone, or timing does not justify refund or product recovery.
10. Creator Classification
