Tiobu – A Duckcart Services LLP Product

At Tiobu, we are committed to enabling seamless collaborations between brands and creators. As a marketplace platform, we facilitate connections but do not directly control the content creation process. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase or collaboration.

No Return Policy

All purchases and payments made through Tiobu are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final. We encourage brands to thoroughly review creator profiles, portfolios, and terms before initiating a collaboration.

Exception – Non-Delivery by Creator

In the rare event that a creator fails to deliver the agreed-upon video content, Tiobu will review the case and initiate a refund to the brand, only under the following conditions:

  • The creator has not submitted any video or content related to the collaboration.

  • The brand reports the issue to Tiobu with valid evidence and within the collaboration timeframe.

  • Tiobu’s internal investigation confirms non-delivery.

If eligible, the brand's payment will be refunded within 60 to 90 days from the date of confirmation of non-delivery.

Important Notes
  • Delays or dissatisfaction with the quality of the content do not qualify for a return or refund.

  • Refunds are processed only if Tiobu verifies that no deliverable was made by the creator.

  • All disputes and claims must be raised via our official support channel: [Insert Email/Support Portal].
