How to Request Data Deletion?
If you want to delete your account and all associated data from Tiobu.com, you can follow these steps:
Email Request:
Send an email to support@tiobu.com with the subject line: "Request for Data Deletion".Please include your registered email address and username in the request.
Automated Deletion (If Available):
If our platform provides an option for account deletion, log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.
Third-Party Platforms (Facebook Login Users):
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can request data deletion directly from Facebook:
Go to Facebook Settings > Apps & Websites and remove Tiobu from your connected apps.
Alternatively, send us an email with your Facebook-associated email ID to process the request.
Processing Time
We process deletion requests within 7 business days. Once your data is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.
