Refund
At Tiobu, our aim is to ensure your utmost satisfaction with your order. Once a video/audio/image is created and sent to you by your favourite creator it won't be refunded in any case.
If video/audio/image have technical glitch that will be taken into consideration, you must contact us immediately so that we can address the issue and find a satisfactory solution.
If the purchase was made using a credit or debit card, wallet, the refund will be credited to the original account. The refund process typically takes 10-14 working days.
Cancellation
Order cancellations by Tiobu may occur in certain circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and provide an alternative date. If you prefer a refund instead, we will reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
For order cancellations initiated by customers, the refund process depends on the nature of the service and timing of the cancellation. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once placed unless Tiobu is unable to fulfill the order.
You cannot cancel an order after the delivery of the service,
Regarding delivery, our services can be sent directly to you, as per your request. It is essential to provide a phone number when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery that may occur due to delay from the creator side.
We collaborate with various creators, social media influencers, celebrities and strive to deliver the services on the requested date and time. However, in certain cases, delays may occur beyond our control.
