Business Development

We’re looking for Business Developers (Full time and Part time Interns) to help us build and scale the next generation of creator-tech products.


📍Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify, research, and prioritize target brands, agencies, and D2C startups that are a strong fit for Tiobu’s creator marketing solutions.
  2. Own the full business development funnel: prospecting, cold outreach (email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn), discovery calls, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with marketing and growth leaders, becoming their go-to partner for creator and influencer campaigns.
  4. Work closely with the Campaigns & Creator Success teams to scope briefs, pricing, deliverables, and timelines that align brand goals with creator capabilities.
  5. Use Tiobu’s tools and CRM to track pipeline, revenue, and conversion metrics, and share regular updates on leads, forecasts, and closed-won deals.
  6. Gather structured feedback from brands and agencies and loop it back to Product & Tech to improve Tiobu’s platform, features, and AI tools.
  7. Test and refine new outbound playbooks, campaign ideas, and partnership models to open up new verticals, geographies, and revenue streams.
  8. Represent Tiobu in online and offline events, communities, and partnerships, helping to build brand awareness and trust in the market.
