We’re looking for Business Developers (Full time and Part time Interns) to help us build and scale the next generation of creator-tech products.
📍Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prioritize target brands, agencies, and D2C startups that are a strong fit for Tiobu’s creator marketing solutions.
- Own the full business development funnel: prospecting, cold outreach (email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn), discovery calls, demos, proposals, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with marketing and growth leaders, becoming their go-to partner for creator and influencer campaigns.
- Work closely with the Campaigns & Creator Success teams to scope briefs, pricing, deliverables, and timelines that align brand goals with creator capabilities.
- Use Tiobu’s tools and CRM to track pipeline, revenue, and conversion metrics, and share regular updates on leads, forecasts, and closed-won deals.
- Gather structured feedback from brands and agencies and loop it back to Product & Tech to improve Tiobu’s platform, features, and AI tools.
- Test and refine new outbound playbooks, campaign ideas, and partnership models to open up new verticals, geographies, and revenue streams.
- Represent Tiobu in online and offline events, communities, and partnerships, helping to build brand awareness and trust in the market.
